Waterfalls in Southern part of Cebu

Trekking to the southern part of Cebu is one of the exciting experiences that I ever had. Without so much cost to pay, I can truly appreciate the beauty of the mountainous slopes, glistering beaches, unbeatable cultural heritage and relaxing waterfalls that can be found in some towns and cities here... Now, as I begin to share you ,one- by-one to these places.

MANTAYUPAN FALLS
Is known as " Barili's Jewel" . You can find this place in Brgy.Campangga, Barili,Cebu, Philippines. Before getting inside, you must pay the entrance fee of 10.00/head; if you have a car, parking fee is P20.00 and Php10 for motorcycle. As you get in, you can see the well-preserved environment in MANTAYUPAN FALLS of which it holds the record as the highest falls in Cebu . Aside from that, you could see a friendly monkey, can explore in Ambakan cave. Another thing is,you have to cross the paves just to see the other falls too. But if you're an acrophobic, then better hold your breath for a second or else, you can't reach the highest falls. You can also take a glance with the small hydro plant near the falls which serves as a source of electricity among neighboring towns.

KAWASAN FALLS
Located in Matutinao,Badian ,Cebu, Philippines. This place is known for tourists attraction. And because ,kawasanof that reason, I didn't have any second thought of visiting there. In facts, travelers, foreigners and native cebuanos truly love the wonderful stream of Kawasan falls. And before reaching to the falls, you have to a trek for more or less than 15-30 minutes. In here you need to pay for the entrance fee of P10 /head. If you want to try bamboo raft for 30 minutes, you 'll pay for P200-300 it's depends on you and P50. for the tent .My experience here is exciting and fun. The water is very cold probably, you'll be chillin' out of  the water. Waterfalls massage is one of the best feeling to get my nerves relaxed. And of course swim, swim and swim till I almost out breathe. Kidding!!! You can also check out the other smaller falls ...Just a piece of advice, better watch your steps, you might fall (“,)

IGUTAN FALLS
Located in Brgy. Jaclupan, Talisay City, Philippines. Most “Talisaynon” consider this place as the isolated and unexposed Falls. If only it could have been given a chance to show up it's natural beauty.,then this  silent falls will unmask its beauty. But unfortunately, it's just too pitiful to see— the unreserved allure, invaluable sights and most of all the forgotten charm of the place was being neglected . Maybe if I could have just visited this place 10 years ago, probably I can share you something with a positive feedback about this place. But there's none at all...

Kaamulan Park and Monastery of Transfiguration in Malaybalay Bukidnon

Aside from being famous of "pineapple" this City in the forest has so much to offer. The perfect ambiance of the countryside exudes the entire place.

KAAMULAN PARK
Surrounded with abound pine trees, Kaamulan Park is considered as the "Little Baguio" in Bukidnon. You can feel the mist of the air and the cool weather.

You can jog here... ready, get, set... go!!!

You can also try horse back riding and it cost for only 20.00/head but I'm not that sure if it's still the same price before.

MONASTERY OF TRANFIGURATION
When it comes to ethereal healing wonders, one of the places that I highly recommend is the Monastery of Transfiguration. Suited in Barangay San Jose, Malaybalay City,Bukidnon, Philippines. It simply introduces you to Benedictine Monks of Bukidnon and the grandeur "pyramid" structure of MONASTERY OF TRANSFIGURATION.
see the pyramid? It's not just only in Egypt...
clean and quite...
Unquestionable, it provokes you to understand the profound beauty of spiritual meditation, serenity and the admiring verdure surroundings. It shares the splendid work of art by the country's national artist for Architecture Leandro Locin.

A passage from the bible...
One more thing, souvenir shop is widely open for you to buy some homemade delicious delicacies. (",
